Corporate Sales
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :

Contact, coordinate, supervise and meet with customers who are corporate groups within a company organization

To expand the corporate customer base and forwarding to the relevant sales department in order to increase the sales for various agencies
-
Prepare reports and send summary of all visits to customers daily, weekly and monthly basis in order to make sure the supervisor is always informed of all information and details of customer visits

Work through the company’s CRM system and must keep complete and consistent corporate customer information
-
Operate accordingly to all documents pertaining with various quality systems within the company
-
Invite customers and organize relevant events both within and outside the venue, in order to achieve the organization’s goals

Attend various training sessions which are relevant to your work through the careful consideration of your supervisors

Coordinate the sales departments of every business units of MGC-ASIA

Other assignments

Act accordingly to the set core values of the company, manage ethically while being a good role model for all employees, empower and readily prepare to develop themselves while continuously being aware of quality service
Job Specification
Gender: Male / Female
Age: 28 years up
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Major: Marketing Business Administration or Communication
Professional Experiences and Knowledge/Skills :

Experience in automotive sales or in customer service for over 3 years (Having experience would be an advantage)

Good personality and flexible

Have computer skills, especially Microsoft Office ( Word , Excel , power point )

Have basic English language skills with the ability to speak and write
